Flattener option available for Home-Made look!
Our latest innovation for our patty forming line comes in the form of an option to flatten burgers. The new PF-700 Flattener features a simple yet proven design that works in conjunction with all NuTEC Patty Forming Machines and is all hydraulic.
Patties are formed and then immediately enter into the Flattening Conveyor where they are gently pressed and proceed down the conveyor. The result is a flattened patty with a home-made look that retains shapes during cooking. They provide better bite, texture and juiciness in the final cooked product as well.
